- Q: 予約制ですか？
- 完全予約制のフォトスタジオです。
お手数ですがご予約はCONTACTページよりお願いいたします。 - Q: どれくらい先まで予約できますか？
- 撮影日の３ヶ月前からお受けしております。
- Q: 所要時間はどのくらいですか？
- ヘアメイク、お着替え、撮影、写真セレクトで、お一人様約２時間です。
- Q: 写真はすぐに出来ますか？
- 撮影後に色調整や美肌修正また合成作業などを行いますので、約２週間のお時間を頂戴しています。
お急ぎの場合は、期限をご確認の上ご予約をお願いいたします。 - Q: 貸衣装はありますか？
- 一部のプラン以外では、基本用意はございません。こちらで用意しているものもサイズが限られますので事前にご相談くださいませ。
- Q: 着物で撮影したいのですが着付けはしてもらえますか？
- 着物のレンタル、また着付けは外注にて承ります。
（着付け料金：振袖16,500円、訪問着11,000円、お子様5,500〜8,800円など） - Q: 男性のメイクは何をするんですか？
- 眉を整えたり、コンシーラーでお肌の赤みやクマ、髭をカバーいたします。
- Q: スタジオ内で撮影してもいいですか？
- 撮影スペースでの撮影はご遠慮頂いておりますが、それ以外の場所でしたら携帯電話、スマートフォンでの撮影はご自由にして頂けます。
- Q: SNSやポストカード、カレンダーなどに写真を使いたいのですが、著作権の問題はありますか？
- 著作権は「ピーファミリア」に帰属しますが、商業目的以外であれば問題ありません。
商業目的の場合は別途撮影料金のお見積もりを差し上げますので、企画内容をお知らせください。 - Q: データの保管期間はいつまでですか？
- 保管期間は１年です。期間内であれば、焼き増し・データ追加・修正等可能です。
- Q: 定休日はいつですか？
- 不定休で営業しております。希望日をお問い合わせください。
- Q: 駐車場はありますか？
- 申し訳ございません、専用の駐車場は設けておりません。
お車でお越しの際は近隣のコインパーキングをご利用ください。 - Q: 支払いにクレジットカードは使えますか？
- VISA・MasterCard・AMERICAN EXPRESS・DISCOVER・Diners Club・JCBがご利用頂けます。
- Q: 撮影日の変更やキャンセルはできますか？
- ご予約のキャンセルは必ずご連絡をお願い致します。前日・当日のキャンセルは全額を頂戴いたします。
撮影日の振り替えをしてい頂ければキャンセル料は頂きません。（振替は３回までとさせて頂きます）

- Q: Do I need a reservation?
- We are a photo studio that reservation only.Please take your time to make a reservation through our CONTACT page.
- Q: How far in advance can I make a reservation?
- Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance.
- Q: How long does a session take?
- It takes about 2 hours a customer, which includes hair and make-up, dressing up, photo shoot, and the selection of photos.
- Q: Will the photos be ready soon?
- We ask you for about 2 weeks’ time for us to fine-tune the colors and skin tones, as well as to synthesize of the photos.If you need the photos in a hurry, please make reservations by checking the deadline.
- Q: Do you have in-house costumes?
- Basically we only have in-house costumes for a part of menus.
＊ The costumes we have are limited in sizes. Kindly consult with us in advance if you consider wearing them. - Q: I’d like to do the photo shoot in a kimono. Is a dresser available?
- We outsource kimono rentals and its dressing.
(Dressing only: furisode 16,500 yen / homongi 11,000 yen / children 5,500~8,800 yen, etc. ※Tax included) - Q: What kind of makeup do men?
- We shape eyebrows and use concealers to cover face redness, blemishes, and facial hair.
- Q: Can we take our own photos in the studio?
- We ask you to refrain from taking pictures in the photo shooting area. However, please feel free to take photos with your featurephones or smartphones.
- Q: We’d like to use your photos on social network, postcards, or calendars. Are there any copyright issues?
- Copyright belongs to “P familia,” however, there is no problem in using the photos at your end as long as it is not for commercial purposes.If you are using the photos for commercial purposes, kindly advise how you plan to use them and we will give you a separate estimation
- Q: How long will you keep the data?
- We will keep the data for one year. Reprints, data addition and amendment are available within the one-year period.
- Q: What day of the week are you closed?
- Our holidays are random. Please contact us to see if we are open on your preferred date.
- Q: Is car parking available?
- We are sorry but we do not have our own parking place.If you are driving, please use the coin-operated parking lots nearby.
- Q: Do you accept credit cards for the payment?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB cards.
- Q: Can we reschedule or cancel the photo shoot?
- Please make sure to contact us if you are canceling the reservation.We charge you 100% of the photo shoot costs for cancellations on the day of or the day before the photo shoot.If you are rescheduling the photo shoot, we do not charge you cancellation fees. (We accept up to 3 times of rescheduling.)
